1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and plot777 ("we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your use of the plot777 online gaming platform accessible at plot777.bio and all related services, applications, and tools provided by plot777 (collectively, the "Platform").

Any account found to have been created by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, minus applicable processing fees. We may report such instances to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on plot777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. plot777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plot777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify plot777 immediately via our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. plot777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 KYC Verification. plot777 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any time at plot777's discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. plot777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on plot777 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. plot777 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on plot777 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). plot777 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made using payment instruments held in your own name. plot777 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the name of the account holder. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers available on plot777 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed on each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Abuse. plot777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, collusion, or the use of automated software in connection with promotional offers.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless expressly permitted by a specific promotion, only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or shared payment method.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing procedures conducted in a controlled studio environment. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and accessible to players.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Colluding with other players or with plot777 staff to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your plot777 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the plot777 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of plot777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without express written consent from plot777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plot777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. plot777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit plot777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period;

11. Suspension and Termination

plot777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) plot777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR; (c) plot777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your plot777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after the satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plot777 Platform shall first be submitted to plot777's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or, where applicable, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against plot777.

13. Amendments

plot777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of plot777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
